Adv Rally fairing

Its been a while now which we start producing our fairing version for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro / SMC . This project took us long time as we need to be ready for the most demanding rider out there. All the parts designed after carefully consideration in our workshop ,i have to tell you that it wasnt an easy task as we was looking to make something which will be fast bolt on ,without asking much work from the installer .

01.Navigation Tower:

The most crucial part on a kit is the navigation tower,the navigation tower is your dash planel with all your “expensive” equipment.So this “item” must be bullet proof .Here we had Mastech ,a leader company in Colombia,and Marco Antonio Saldarriaga the “Mastech” founder . Marco designed and produced for us the best navigation tower . Its made of aluminium ,comes ready ,its plug and play with your stock speedo and indicators ,with plently of space inside for all the wiring harness !! Navigation tower is perfectly designed to work with all OEM KTM parts such as the KTM Rally windshield .

02.Headstock Bracket:

Another crucial part is the headstock bracket .How will we add the tower on the bike frame?? We need an adapter which will allow us a fast ,safe and clean adaptetion without damage the bike .Fortunatelly the 701 comes with 4 M6 threads on the main headstock tube ,these threads was a perfect mounting point .We choose to make an aluminium billet part ,made on a CNC milling machine .The stock points worked as the main points which our bracket mount on the frame.Great designed and produced ,this adapter will allow you to mount it in seconds .Hard tested and bullet proof !

03.Side panels :

This was “our task” as all the above designed and produced for us ..Hmmm the design of the side panels was very very difficult ,our first thoughts was to make them with a cut on the seat area but while we design it other brands made something familiar ,more and more other companies made the same designs ..

So lets do it again 🙂 , we delete the old designed and we worked again from the start .Now the design we worked goes over the seat on the side of the bike ,with nice curves the side panel hug the seat on the sides .Now the side panels was something new as it goes from down up to the windshield with great curves and lines to match the bike .Our side panels was finally made 🙂 .The most great on these side panels except the design is that mount on the bike like the OEM side panels ,just remove the stock panels and add these ! All mounting points are the same ,no need to relocate anything ! We are using the best materials to produce them .

• High quality woven roving fiberglass ,the inside of the panels are nice and not as the cheap fiberglass parts .
• Carbon Fiber and Carbon Kevlar on mounting points ,we use this high quality fibers to get the maximum strength on mounting points and avoid any crackes or damages while you ride or even on a crash .
• Epoxy resins,flexibility where it need-durability where it needs so we havee to use mixted resins to get the best results we looking for.
• White gel coat finish,this is the finish which will allow to paint easier the parts.The gel coat finish is smooth and we can do it also on -BLUE-BLACK-RED-ORANGE after request .

04.Lighting system :

A nice kit must come with nice street legal lights ,one of the TOP brands on AutoMoto lights is the Hella .As KTM choose them for their rally bike series up to 2018 and on many other street bikes . So Hella lights !

05.WINSHIELD ,OEM PARTS:

We use the OEM KTM DAKAR RALLY windshield ,headlight mask and stone guard protector for the lights .These parts comes direct from KTM ,they are tested for over 4 Dakar rallies and on the hardest rally raid condition arround the world.
